OIA held a welcome party at Min-Sheng campus On September 9.The party was organized by dean of OIA Yu-Chung Liu,the chief of International Student Division Shih-Ping Wang，the tutor Ying-Ying Fang,，in order to welcome new students from overseas to join this warm family.
There are sixty-one new overseas students respectively come from Malaysia，Macau，Hong Kong，Myanmar，Singapore，Vietnam，and Spain this year.
Dr. Yu-Chung Liu encouraged new students not only to increase the professional knowledge of learning but also to seize the chance to explore Taiwan and arranging their university life well.
